This RETURN POLICY sets forth the return and refund policies for all items purchased in the NPUSA MALL.
PLEASE NOTE: Member purchases of the SUPER LUTEIN or IZUMIO products are subject to their own specific return and refund policy set forth in the NPUSA Policies and Procedures.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of any of the products, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your shipment date, and you can receive a refund. Items returned to NPUSA must be in good and resalable condition. Items being returned or exchanged may not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. Delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees with the carrier of his/her choice.
Customized items such as business cards are final sale and nonrefundable.

Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of any of the products, you may exchange simply return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your shipment date. Items to be exchanged must be in good and resalable condition. Items being exchanged may not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
If the style and/or size you want is no longer available, you may exchange for a different style and/or size. If there is a difference between the item to be exchanged with the new item, you will receive a refund for the difference. If the new item is priced higher than the item to be exchanged, you must pay for the difference.
Damaged and Incorrect Items
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact the Customer Service Department before returning your item so that we may assist you accordingly. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days after receiving your package. Photos may be required for any report of damage or delivery of incorrect items.
